Welcome to Salt Dust. By using our website, you agree to the following terms:

Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Orders are confirmed once payment has been received.

Shipping

We offer $15 flat rate shipping and free shipping Australia-wide for orders over $150. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please note some of our products come directly from suppliers overseas so may take a little longer. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

Returns & Exchanges

Different items may have different return and exchange policies. Please check the item listing for specific details before purchasing. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to clarify. Please note that as some of our products are printed on demand especially for you, we do not accept returns for change of mind. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. To return accepted undamaged/unworn products you must notify Salt Dust via the returns within 5 days of receiving the item. You will be then notified of the address to return the item to. You will be responsible for the shipping cost for the return. The item must be returned to the supplier within 14 days of the time it is received by you. Once the supplier has received the product in good condition a refund will be issued. No exchanges accepted. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Liability

We do our best to ensure all information on this site is accurate. However, Salt Dust is not liable for any errors, inaccuracies, or issues that may arise from use of our website or products beyond Australian Consumer Law.
