Designed in Peppermint Grove, Perth, where summer means hot afternoons, sandy feet and something good happening in the kitchen. Pomodori Verdi del Campo is just a little bit of fun. It begs for a drizzle of Boatshed olive oil, prized Harris Farm caramelised vinegar (all the way from my long-lost Sydney) and a chunk or two of marinated feta from our good friend Meredith.
